I'm so glad there is going to be a class to broaden my education and hopefully get me employed in an assessors office. I have not been able to work in real estate appraising with only a trainee license, and the MAAO Course 200 in Dedham this January is a great addition to MBREA curriculum.

Please send your own email as an appraiser to  reg.comments@federalreserve.gov  and don't remain silent on the issue of customary and reasonable fees as it relates to Dodd Frank and the regulatory process to enforce the provisions of this critical law.  Be sure to put Docket #: R-1394 in the subject line of your email.  Your silence could mean that you accept allowing others to determine what you should be paid for your professional expertise and time.
